Kindness

Kindness by definition is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Whereas being kind is doing intentional, voluntary acts of kindness

In a troubled world as we are experiencing at the moment, kindness is even more important in our lives-being kind to others, and receiving kindness as well

  1. My teaching motto was kill them with kindness. And it worked. I had teenage boys stopping by my room telling me they loved me. Not love like romantic love, but love like we need to hear you say something good to us (as I said I love you too), like I love that book, type of love. Girls too. A little kindness goes a very long way. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend. hugs-Erika

  4. Great post. Unfortunately today's world seems to be filled with intolerance of anyone who doesn't agree with someone's opinion on certain topics.

    1. I know very sad times we are living in-forced to go along with what they believe with no regard to what someone else may believe

  6. I'm with Erika. Kill em with kindness. It sure shows who is the bigger person, at least. Great post.

  8. Lovely festive changes on your blog background Kathy. I'll echo what Erica has commented here and add "most definitely!" I've just come back from the post office full of lots of ill-tempered, impatient people who do not like waiting! I think some people need to go on kindness training courses especially nowadays. Good post! A little bit of kindness goes a very long way! Take care. Amanda x
