Congratulations to the Kansas City Chiefs

Wow that was a nail biter of a game, and they played in bitter cold weather tonight.  Congratulations!!

I will be watching the super bowl game this year since they are in it.

I am also proud of the Chief's team for Not answering back to all the trash talk given by the Cincinnati mayor and the Bengals team this past week.

  1. I watched most of the game too, and thought of you for I knew you would be tuned in. It was a great game. I can't wait to see how they match up against the Eagles. Light snow has been falling throughout the evening. We are just hoping we don't get the ice later tomorrow.

  3. That was quite the game last night. It looked like they would end up in overtime, didn't it? But it was fun to watch good football.

  4. I didn’t see the game but know it was a close one. Of course you are a fan of the Chiefs, just like I’m not far from Philly so am an Eagles fan. Being a fan doesn’t get me to watch a whole game though. 🤣

    1. Good mornng, I have always enjoyed watching football games especially a really good game like this one was. I haven't watched football much in past years though do to the players disrespecting our flag and country while on the "job" but this year I decided to watch again and follow our home team here since I enjoy it-I usually tape these games and buzz through the commercials

  5. Big football fan here Kathy.. We managed to go play some golf before the weather turns cold this week AND we still caught the Chiefs game or most of it.. What a great game.. So glad the Chief pulled it off in the end.. I'll be rooting for them in the Superbowl.. We got away from football for awhile when the players were kneeling for the flag... then we figured it out that we could just tune in a little later and miss all the hoopla.. I've not been an Eagle fan even if i'am from PA originally... Several years ago there was a football player.. wish i could remember his name .. anyway he was convicted for dog fighting so i think he was suspended for awhile then he tried to get back into it and no team would take him.. which i was glad about.. then the Eagles took him.. so i guess i have a grudge against them for that..lol Hugs! deb

    1. Same here with the kneeling do it on your own time somewhere else not when you are getting paid big money. I don't know anything about the eagles but Kelce's brother is on that team so brother against brother during the super bowl. I wouldn't like that dog fighting either-shameful . hugs back

  6. I'll head back to T Tuesday in a minute, but wanted to say I turned it off when Mahomes lost the football and Cincinnati retrieved it and tied the score. I am so proud of these guys. They may play in MO, but we in KS can claim them, too (grin).

    1. this was a nail biter of a game-went down to the last second-you missed a good game if you turned it off. it was soooo cold out there like 5 degrees his hands probably didn't feel the ball. Mahomes is so much fun to watch makes football watching very fun I am proud of them as they had so many key players on the injured list for this game they did good
