The Young Woodpecker Flew in From Canada

    Some of you may remember this sweet painting by Christine.  I fell in love with it and asked if she sells her works? She does.

   I couldn't find just a couple of the little stands or protective sleeves locally so bought what I needed from Amazon. I set it up on our mantel amongst some of my gnomes He looks like one of our pileated woodpeckers here in Missouri


   This woodpecker has me smiling

  7. Such a wonderful painting. We have the real woodpeckers hanging around the trees in my neighbors yard. They can be noisy. LOL Janice

    1. Yes these pileated can get really noisy hammering on the trees. we have all sizes of woodpeckers here-love watching them
