Good morning Everyone,
I thought I would share recipes for camping or in your backyard if you have a spot set up
Dutch Oven Mississippi Mud Cake
This sounded really good and you could change the flour to gluten free flour, use keto sweeteners and keto chocolate chips too
Will close with a Dutch Oven Breakfast Casserole
Happy Friday and weekend
Delicious!
ReplyDeletethanks for dropping by
DeleteThis all looks so delicious, thanks for sharing! Enjoy your day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteyour welcome-happy weekend
DeleteAlthough they all look wonderful, I think the cinnamon rolls are my favorite. I'd eat the entire pan in a heartbeat. I'm a HUGE fan of cinnamon. Nice of you to share these cast iron goodies, too, Kathy.
ReplyDeleteyour welcome Elizabeth
DeleteI saved that mud pie. It sure looks good. I bet it could be made in an oven too. Hope all is well. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteI want to make the mud pie too-sure could bake in your dutch oven with no legs in the oven-happy weekend
DeleteKathy everything certainly looks scrumptious. Especially those cinnamon rolls. Hope you are enjoying some of those delicious dishes. Take care and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeletethank you Happy weekend
DeleteI haven't made cinnamon rolls in years-I should surprise Larry with a batch soon
ReplyDeleteCamping, funny you. Lockdownn and way too cold. Brrrr. Coldest April since 1980. And sadly our "garden" is a horror. Not cared for and the "Nasty kids" (and they are nasty! One family´s ones only but they destroy everything). The casserole looks yum, though :-)
ReplyDeletecamping is outdoors and any outdoor activity should be allowed-following the sciene.
Deleteugh I would not want to work in a community garden-sorry.
I thought that breakfast casserole looked really good too-you can bake that in your oven as well
Wow, more baking delights! I love cinnamon rolls too - so yummy and one of my favourites 😀. I hope you've had a lovely week! Happy Friday and weekend! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeletethank you Jo-you as well-hugs
DeleteI'm really looking forward to visiting our eldest son. Over last year he revamped his garden with barbecue areas seating areas etc. I like the idea of taking something to cook when we go - will investigate cooking pot! Sorry I've been such poor visitor lately, I might just be back on track now!! Hugs, Chrisx
ReplyDeleteoh that sounds lovely. I am hoping to get my outdoor cooking set up enough to use this year-I have been a poor visitor as well-no worries-hugs
DeleteFor sure, I have my shopping eye out for a cast iron Dutch oven!
ReplyDeleteawesome! do you have garage sales in your area? we have picked up allot of vintage cast iron through the years that way. I did buy the two dutch ovens on ebay a few years ago they were Lodge, and excellent price and at the time free shipping-which was huge You would enjoy baking bread in them I am thinking
