Morning, everyone, actually we are just past noon here where I live.
I am finally feeling better and want to get back to my craft projects and writing. Just did not have the energy for any of that, but it is coming back to me Smiles.
I am in the process of setting up papers to make a few spring cards for mailing off to friends. If you would like to swap a Spring card with me, just send me a note from my contact link that is on my blog and include your address if I don't already have it.
Spring this year is March 19th
I forgot I lost all of my pretty spring flower photos when I got my new computer, so I found this one online.
Monday-Spring cards I had made are all ready to mail out soon-I look forward to sharing summer time cards

ReplyDeleteI would love to join but I will be back in Germany too late and it will take me at least a week to adjust! But if you go for summer as well, I'm all in, hugs
Poor Larry had another setback yesterday.
DeleteYou will be getting one of my cards anyways-hugs
What a fun idea you did creating Spring cards. Hoping Larry is doing alright. I think about the two of you often. Reminds me of when Bob had his stroke a few years back. He still has short term memory loss, but at least he can walk. Janice
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for thinking of us-late yesterday he was walking with his walker, I follow behnd with the wheel chair-and his leg just gave out with no notice and he fell and banged into the side of the wheelchair so today he felt sick and sore just when I think he is improving he gets a set back sigh.
DeleteLarry has had several heart operations the last one he was told nothing more can be done for him this has all been a huge strain on his heart too.
Take care hugs
Count me in your Spring Card Swap Kathy!!! Reading through the comments.. i'm sorry to hear about Larry's setback... sigh.... Hopefully he'll be up walking again soon! Hugs! deb... ReplyDeleteawesome-that is so strange why I would have his email I looked for jinxxy will recheck that. hugs back Happy new week ahead
DeleteI love the fact that you and others take the time to send out cards. That certainly is a dying art.
ReplyDeleteThanks I really enjoy slow mail letters I have several slow mail friends now where we write letters up and back-happy mail in my mailbox-smiles
DeleteSorry to be so late visiting. First about the postage. Measure your envelopes. They can be 11-1/2" by 6-1/8" and up to 1/4" thick. One ounce takes one 1st class stamp.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you have not been well. Nice to read you are feeling better and are making spring cards. I hope Larry is feeling better soon, too.
Today (Tuesday) is 77 F and tonight is 22 F. Not a misprint. No wonder no one is feeling well with the change in temps like that. Hope the weather isn't that severe where you are.
thank you Elizabeth, I had to go to the post office for something else so took one of my international cards-she said they would go through with one stamp as will the usa cards-these were large invitation envelopes so was happy I could use one stamp on them. I re use that thin brown shipping papers that you can tear off in smaller sheets-work nice for letters and cards.
Deletetoday we will be 80 and it is getting very windy as tonight wll drop to low 30's crazy weather for sure not good for the sinus's
take care-hugs
We broke a record high today with 80 F. Tonight still forecast for 22 F. At 5 pm it was 42 F. Dropping fast.
DeleteSorry to read about Larry. My thoughts are with both of you.
We hit 80 degrees too but as I am typing this the t storms have arrived with strong winds-probably bringing in the cold-we are getting down to low 20's as well-stay safe and warm-hugs
