A Glorious Day

Just a gorgeous morning for the first day of August. Cool a little hazy-just lovely

A glorious sunrise this morning

and I found the crow photos-still on the camera-it was  very bright when I took these photos indoors through the glass window

Enjoy your day

  3. How wonderful to be on the backend of Summer... Kids are getting ready to go back to school... Although trust me i KNOW here in TX there is still alot of heat to get through.. Lovely photos Kathy... The crows kinda look a little ghosty... beautiful how you caught that.. Went swimming with the littles yesterday... boy was i pooped... but we had fun! Funny how they start out a little scared of everything... ooo bugs, ooo theyre splashing me ....then gradually the brave comes out and theyre dong cannon balls and going down the slide.. lol We are getting a smidge of that 'cold front' 93 for the high instead of 99 and 69 for a low instead of 75 , no rain though they are giving us 15% chance today... could use it so fingers crossed... Hugs! deb

    2. It was fun! I'm sorry you never learned how to swim. I guess i was pretty much a fish growing up . My daughter didn't have quite as much opportunity to swim but she can swim... and we have been managing to get the Grandlittles to the pool at least a few times during the Summer.. Funny i remember when i lived up North.. PA/NJ etc.. we went back to school after Labor Day... When i lived in the South.. FL Or NC it was the middle of August.. go figure.. Yeah i through in the towel yesterday on the weedeating .. just didn't feel up to it but this morning i'm getting out there.. no pushing the mower but i will walk around with the weedeater a little anyway.. Big Hugs! Stay cool! deb

    3. Good morning this was the perfect day to mow-but I didn't feel like it at all haha I did water my perennials well, caught up on washing drying clothes etc, picked up the house getting ready to peel and cut up the last of the apples to cook down grocery shopping tomorrow early sundays are good time to go here early weekenders packing to go back home and many church goers in the rural areas of Missouri so I get out early to do that
I should have learned how to swim when I was going to college one had to pass swimming in order to graduate-they passed me with a D minus haha never did graduate though decided I didn't want to go in debt at the time
      take care
