It is around 5:30 pm now-and my pie is out of the oven.
Recently I started using this larger glass pie pan I like it better. I added extra whites to make sure I had enough. For the crust I ground up raw organic english walnuts and gluten free graham crackers. Added the butter and a little sugar.
Once totally cooled I will store in the refrigerator tonight-and we may just have a slice for breakfast-smiles
Your pie looks delicious Kathy. Is that a pyrex pie pan? I think it's like one I have, and I really like to use mine too. hugs-Erika

ReplyDeletethank you Elizabeth
DeleteThis was a pie that my mother would make as a dessert for backyard BBQs and yours reminded me on that, Kathy. There’s nothing “wrong” with pie for breakfast.
